The ten days

One thing to learn, one thing to do.

Day1
Who you are, before who we are
Welcome, the team, the assigned buddy, and the strengths they were hired for.
Day2
The company you just joined
Who owns it, what it sells, how it makes money, and where this role sits.
Day3
How we work: the handbook
Hours, attendance, leave, payroll, expenses, probation and the grievance route.
Day4
Conduct, compliance and confidentiality
Code of conduct, conflicts of interest, data protection and the HSE induction.
Day5
Systems, access and not getting phished
Email, HR system, ERP, ticketing and the security habits that protect a new joiner.
Day6
Your role, and what good looks like
The manager and the new hire agree in writing what the job delivers and how it is measured.
Day7
Rotation one: where the work comes in
Ninety minutes with the commercial side — what they promise the customer.
Day8
Rotation two: where the work gets delivered
Ninety minutes with operations, service delivery or the branch floor.
Day9
Rotation three: finance, risk and people
The functions that approve, pay, protect and hire, plus the unwritten rules.
Day10
Your first 90 days, on one page
The employee writes their own plan — learn by 30, contribute by 60, own by 90.
How it works

What participants do.

1
Watch a short video
A few minutes, in the app, in Arabic or English.
2
Answer a few questions
Instant feedback on every answer.
3
Do the day’s task
Walk, read or upload a photo, depending on the programme.
4
Earn your reward
Everyone who finishes is rewarded.
Around the ten days

Before the joining date

A readiness survey runs in the app: profile created, contract filed, accounts tested, equipment ready, ID issued, manager and buddy named. Anything still open is chased with the department that owns it.

After the ten days

The day-ten plan is checked at 30, 60 and 90 days: learned, contributing, owning — so the probation conversation has evidence behind it.

What we need from you

One content pack, collected once and reused for every cohort: a welcome video, a company overview, the policy set, three departmental focal points, and a buddy per new hire.
Good to know
  • Graduates, experienced hires, transfers and returners all run the same ten days from their own joining date, so nobody waits for an induction week.
  • Days six and ten need the manager too: both ask the manager to commit something in writing.
